Stuck in a rut?
Sometimes we find that life isn't going so well and we cannot seem to get out of this rut. We feel hopeless, desolate, depressed and so very alone...
It may be that we just need to talk things through to enable us to move on in our lives, counselling can help
We are all unique so different events mean different things to each of us. There are some things that certain individuals have the ability to cope with, whereas others may not. Counselling is different for each person and respects their uniqueness.
Sometimes traumatic events happen when we least expect them to and they send us in a downward spiral. These events could leave us feeling so alone and helpless. Events such as a death or multiple deaths, loss of a relationship, marriage breakdown, redundancy, illness, accidents, burglaries, the list is endless.

MARRIAGE OR PARTNERSHIP NEEDING SOME HELP?
Sometimes partnerships and marriages begin to move on a downward spiral and you may need a little help. Together you can learn to approach things differently and also learn how to cope in different ways.
The stress and strain of everyday living may be too much for us and we find it difficult to cope, which can end up with feelings of deep despair.
It usually helps to talk about how we are feeling and find ways in which to deal with the hopelessness so that we can continue to live our life as resourcefully as we can. Counselling can help you do this.
People whose jobs bring them face to face with traumatic experiences, for example ambulance crews, police, fire fighters, doctors, nurses, care workers and many more. Sometimes we don't want anyone to know. It can help enormously to talk about the different traumas experienced.
